Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee to cover lost scheduling time.
Liability & Damages
We take great care in handling your belongings. However, in the rare case of damage or loss, please report it immediately. While we are insured, our liability is limited based on the value declared and the type of service provided. Some fragile items, such as electronics or high-value collectibles, may require special handling or waiver agreements.
We are not liable for damages caused by improper packing if items were not packed by our team.
Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we do not move hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, live animals, or perishable goods. Please ensure these items are removed before the move begins.
